- ✓Creates a Citizen Interest Credit (CIC) for U.S. citizens when 30-year rates exceed Treasury benchmarks
- ✓Applies to primary residences and phases out above income thresholds
- ✓Adds a 40-year conforming loan option
- ✓CIC is temporary—phases out as rates normalize
The American Citizens' Health Insurance Act (ACHI Act)
- ✓Replaces fragmented programs with a single, market-based framework
- ✓Establishes Healthcare GSE (HGSE) that underwrites and guarantees standardized plans
- ✓Consolidates Medicare, Medicaid, VA, ACA, and CHIP
- ✓Veterans receive enhanced benefit tiers within same structure
The Homeless Solutions and Stability Act (HSSA)
- ✓Establishes Safe Unit Shelters—private, lockable rooms with shared facilities
- ✓"Graduation Ladder" from safe shelter to independent housing
- ✓Employers hiring participants receive federal tax credits
