I’m Sean Kirrane — a lifelong New Jerseyan, entrepreneur, and executive who’s spent over 20 years fixing broken systems in healthcare, finance, insurance, and technology. I’ve led billion-dollar transactions, turned around hospitals on the brink, and built infrastructure from scratch. I don’t come from politics. I come from the real world — where results matter and excuses don’t.
Now I’m running for Congress in NJ-5 because I believe government should work like the best-run organizations: clear priorities, real accountability, and a relentless focus on outcomes that improve people’s lives.
What I’m Working Toward
Protecting Homeownership
Too many families are being priced out of the communities they helped build. I’ve developed the framework for the American Citizens’ Primary Residence Mortgage Act — a concept designed to protect affordable homeownership for working Americans and keep speculative investors from driving up prices. This framework is ready to be shaped into legislation, and I’ll fight to see it passed into law.
Fixing Healthcare
I’ve seen what happens when healthcare systems collapse — and I’ve helped rebuild them. My American Citizens’ Health Insurance (ACHI) Act is a framework for a fairer system: one that guarantees affordable baseline coverage for citizens, preserves choice, and ensures non-citizens contribute their share. It’s a practical path forward, not a partisan slogan.
Tackling Homelessness
Homelessness is a national failure. My Homeless Solutions and Stability Act concept focuses on secure shelter units, mental health care, voluntary addiction treatment, and a structured path back to independence. It’s about restoring dignity and rebuilding lives — not warehousing people in unsafe conditions.
My Promise to You
I’m not a career politician. I’m a problem-solver who’s delivered results under the
toughest conditions — in boardrooms, hospitals, financial markets, and startups.
Washington is broken because too many politicians talk but can’t execute. I will fight to:
1. Lower costs for families in North Jersey.
2. Put citizens first in every policy.
3. Demand accountability and results from government.
